Start with the Quick Checks
Confirm the maker is switched on, since a raised feeler arm or a bin sensor that thinks it is full will pause it. Check that the water shutoff behind or below the unit is fully open and that the filter is not overdue. Make sure the freezer or ice compartment is actually cold enough; a maker in a box that has drifted warm will not freeze on schedule.
